Two games yesterday.

The Cherry Blossoms Vs the Apple cores.

Cherry Blossoms.
Shitzu Motoroller: Yamabushi with nagimaka
2X Ashigaru with Su Yari

Apple Cores
Makina Mukovit:Samurai with laminate Bow and Katana
4X Ashigaru with Su Yari


The scenario was the beautiful daughter of the Shogun had been captured by the Apple Cores and was being held in a teacup.
The Cherry Blossoms mission....rescue the damsel!

The Blossoms started behind a pile of vidio cassesttes and moved their ashigaru on turn one forwards to a jewelry box to keep out Makinas LOS with his bow.


Shitzu managed to time sissorleap with his action points and his height advantage from his starting position on a chair to cover the ground right into the Apples ashigaru's faces. As he entered he got stabbed by the yari's first strike for 1 damage.

Makina moved into base contact with Shitzu and began a series of blade flurry attacks which due to appauling dice rolls missed repeatedly.

Shitzu managed to combine Walkway witha force of oak and trampled the ashigaru surrounding him quickly into the ground, leaving just Makina to deal with as his own Ashigaru arrived to mop up.

The Shoguns daughter meanwhile was taken out by a ashigaru before she could be resued and the battle decended into a close in melee between Makina and the Cherrys.
A Cleave from Makina took out two ashigaru and his armour consistantly saved him. The game ended with Shitzu trying to outheal with inner strength Makina's damage. And that diddnt work forever.

Ina battle a few weeks ago with dudley darklords, Matt mindmelded the Ikko Ikki standing on a 8" high tower. Made them fall onto their own wolverine killing the wolverine and badly damaging the Ikko Ikki.

Falls are too powerful it would seem and may be nerfed in the near future.


First try out of the su wukong character against a samurai, a yamabush, a Geisha and a shugendo ended in failure for the mortals. Monkey took 3 damage and killed the shugendo with machinegun fire from his cloud followed by the geisha with a tornado staff attack.

Cloud is too powerful, machine guns too powerful, Samurai's tanking ability is useful to bring su wukong off his cloud.

Su wukong escaped with the unconcious tripitaka off table.
Gratz to my opponent sam, but i think a major nerfing is due
